These are one of our favourite grips, and the two-handed stretch is the reason. Out of This World Grip provides strong resistance when pulled, giving you something practical to work with when feelings are big and you need an outlet for movement. Squeeze it in one hand, or hold it in both hands and pull to explore the resistance. Different movements give a different feel, so you can choose between a smaller hand movement and a more active two-handed stretch. Some people use it for redirection or as part of a personal harm-minimisation toolkit, channelling the urge to pull or stretch into a tool designed for that movement.
