As beautiful as they are, it's not just about the flowers … it's about the thought behind the gifting and the facilitation of conversation that will hopefully flow from this. This year we are again teaming up with Alabaster Store and Fleur Social to raise money for the incredible Seeds of Hope Suicide Prevention Network based in the Barossa Valley - and all profits from bunches go directly to this charity to help support their continued and important work. The annual 'Ask R U Ok? Any Day' campaign is a national day of action highlighting the importance of meaningful conversations.  By having regular, meaningful conversations and connections we build trust and normalise talking about what's really going on so that when the people in our world find themselves struggling, they know you're someone they can talk to.  We want everyone in our lives to know they are loved, supported and able to speak out about their emotions and feelings.  There is no shame in speaking out and getting help. Life can be hard and we all need to feel supported. Conversation is key! So on Thursday 10th September please join us in acknowledging R U Ok? Day and honouring Ben's love for flowers.
