This is the moving, bending and twisting game! It includes four wooden dice. The game is to encourage improvisation and self-expression as well as group play. The roll of the dice decides whether you stay and breathe in each of three poses, invent a new pose, say something nice to the person next to you and go on. This game is full of mindfulness!
